CASE AT HAND

Parties involved:  

15 year old hereinafter referred as (EVA) and 30 year old hereinafter referred as (MSC).

1. Both dislike each other since day one.

2. (EVA) dislikes her mother Gaitan and informally accused her of abuse then later reported it to the local authorities after she ran away from home.

3. (EVA) disliked her biological father Arias.

4. (EVA) disliked all her family excluding her grandmother (Portillo) and her aunt (P. Del Valle).

5. (EVA) lived in Miami with her mother located at 20506 ne 8ct, and was involved in an incident where she was caught inside someone's room half naked in 2003.

6. Her mother reported the incident with the local authorities.

7. (EVA) stated attending psychology sessions and was interviewed by clinical psychologists at a place in Biscayne Blvd.

9. In 2006, (EVA) relocates to Point Mugu, California with her mother Gaitan.

11. (MSC) speaks to an attorney in Port Hueneme, and he recommends nothing since there was nothing that he could do based on the high conviction rate other than pleading guilty to negotiate.
